Delivery takes place between 1pm - 6pm from Tuesday - Friday.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
Delivery is free for orders above $60. Otherwise, the delivery fee is $10.
IS SELF-COLLECTION AVAILABLE?
Yes, self-collection is available from Tuesday - Friday between 12pm - 6pm at Taiseng Point. Do reach us at wearetwiceyoung@gmail.com to arrange for self-collection or same-day pick-up

CAN THE PAWLATOâ„¢ BE CONSUMED BY HUMANS
Yes, of course! Made without sugar, milk, cream, eggs, preservatives or anything artificial, our Pawlato™ has a texture that's similar to sorbet. Some customers bought it for their pups and ended up repurchasing more for themselves! We only make the best for our dogs, we won't feed them anything we won't eat! ourselves
CAN THE SIGNATURE BROWN BUTTER COOKIES BE CONSUMED BY DOGS?

STORAGEÂ INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKIES?
Our handcrafted cookies are baked fresh on the day of delivery. They should be kept in an airtight container and stored at room temperature for up to 5 days, or in the fridge for up to 7 days.
WHY ISN'T YOUR PISTACHIO ICE CREAM GREEN?
Most, if not all, ice cream made with real pistachio in Singapore is light brown in colour. There are only a handful of gelaterias in the world that churn all natural green pistachio ice cream, as they have a special machine to process the pistachios. The green-coloured pistachio ice cream that you often see in Singapore is the result of food colouring or addition of chlorophyll.
ARE THERE PRESERVATIVES, ADDITIVES, OR ARTIFICIAL FLAVOURINGS IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
No! We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch with only all natural premium ingredients — cage-free eggs, French butter etc. We don't use food colouring or essences in our products. Eg : our passionfruit sorbet is made from real passionfruit (the fruit itself) and not flavoured with artificial flavourings in the form of compounds/pastes/extracts. You will be able to taste the difference, for sure!
HOW LONG CAN THE ICE CREAM / PAWLATOâ„¢ BE KEPT FOR?
Best consumed within 4 weeks, but can be kept for up to 6 months
